VornForge is curated by Aniekan Ekpenyong, an academic and practitioner working in leadership development, healthcare and organisational learning.

Originally trained as a pharmacist, Aniekan's work has moved across healthcare practice, global health, higher education and the development of leaders. He is certified in Hogan Assessments and has experience facilitating Action Learning with senior leaders.

His wider interests explore how people learn, lead and make sense of complex environments. This includes experiential approaches to leadership development, evolutionary perspectives on leadership, the neuroscience of leadership, and elements of systems psychodynamics.

A growing part of that exploration concerns AI, particularly what becomes possible when AI is incorporated into the learning experience itself.

The projects and prototypes across VornForge are ways of exploring some of these possibilities in practice.
